We Live in Exhausting Times.
It can be hard to feel grounded and centered in these times. We long for spiritual nourishment, but feel overwhelmed with how to create it for ourselves. Allow this team of BIWOC spiritual directors and mystics create a nourishing space for you. There will be embodied, creative, and liberative spiritual practices. And a chance to be in community with other BIWOC, Queer WOC, trans and non-binary folks who are also seeking liberation and renewal.
Retreat Theme- Connection is sacred
The theme of this retreat will be connection, particularly to our spiritual lineages. We will honor the ways our ancestors, known and unknown, continue to shape and guide us. And how our spiritual teachers have taught us. Each facilitator will share from their own spiritual lineage, inviting us into deeper reflection on the wisdom, resilience, and spiritual practices we carry in our bodies and histories. Through embodied, creative, and liberative practices, we will reconnect with ourselves, our communities, and those who came before us. Join us in this sacred space of remembrance, healing, and renewal.
